Who can enter?
The Motor Transport Awards are open to transport operators, both third party and own account. Suppliers may enter appropriate categories where they can show operational success of their products/services in partnership with a named operator.  The call for entries has now closed.  To register your interest for next year's Awards please contact Angela Jones

When will I find out if my company has been shortlisted?
The full shortlist will be published on this website and in the 7 May issue of Motor Transport.
You will also receive confirmation by email.

When will I find out if my company has won?
The announcement of the winners will be made at the Motor Transport Awards on 1 July 2009 at the Grosvenor House, London.
 
When will I receive my invitations?
Your invitations will be sent to you in mid-June, in order for you to send onto your confirmed guests.

What are the timings for the evening? 
Please note these timings are subject to change
7.00pm   Drinks Reception
7.30pm   Dinner, The Great Room
8.50pm   Awards commence

What is the menu for the evening? 
Smoked salmon & fennel mousse tart on cucumber carpaccio, red pepper coulis

(Vegetarian option: Spinach & ricotta ravioli with truffle cream & sautéed spinach) (must be pre-ordered)

Who do I notify if one of my guests has special dietary requirements?
A form will be included with your joining instructions, requesting this information.  Simply complete and return to the Organisers. This form must be returned at least 48 hours prior to the event, otherwise charges will apply and guests’ requirements may not be taken care of. Joining instructions will only be sent once payment has been received.
 
How do I order drinks for my table? 
Once payment has been received for your booking, drinks order forms will be emailed to you.  You can also order additional drinks on the night through your wine waiter. However you will be asked to settle the bill by credit card/cash on the night for these additional drinks. 
 
How do I buy tickets for the dinner?
You can purchase tickets online by clicking on the Table Booking menu button and submitting your details.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations. All cancellations must be made in writing to the address below. If you cancel on or before 1 May 2009 a full refund is given.  If you cancel after the 1 May 2009 no refund is given, including non-attendance at the Event.
Please note it may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the venue or the date of the Event.

In the event that this function is cancelled by the Organisers, a full refund will be made of any booking fees paid. However, if the Event is postponed for reasons beyond the direct control of the Organisers, this booking will be transferred to the revised date of the Event and all these Terms and Conditions shall apply to any such transferred booking.
